Shipping policy

At ModernArt.ae, we are committed to delivering your artwork safely and efficiently across the UAE. Please review our Shipping & Delivery Policy to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.

 

1. Order Processing time

  • We use trusted courier partners for all deliveries across the UAE.
  • Orders placed before 11:30 AM will be shipped on the same day. Orders received after 11:30 AM will be shipped on the next business day, as our courier partners collect daily shipments by 11:30 AM.
  • Orders placed after 11:30 AM on Saturday will be dispatched on Monday.
  • We deliver to all UAE destinations within 1–2 business days. Delivery timings are between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM, including Sundays.
  •  Please note that while courier deliveries may take place on Sundays, orders are not dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship only within the UAE.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your Emirate and location, as explained above.
  • If we are unable to ship to your location, including certain remote areas such as Al Ruwais – Abu Dhabi or Al Samkha – Abu Dhabi, we will notify you promptly and offer either alternative delivery arrangements or a full refund.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Free standard shipping on all orders. 

 

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
  • If you do not receive tracking information within 2 business days, please contact our support team at support@modernart.ae for assistance.

5. Packaging and Handling

  • We take great care in packing our artwork to ensure that it arrives in perfect condition. Each piece is carefully packaged with eco-friendly protective materials (wherever possible) to safeguard it during transit.
  • Large or fragile items may require special packaging. In such cases, the delivery time may be slightly extended to ensure safe handling.

 

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Kindly provide clear photos and videos of the damaged artwork and packaging, and we will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund.
  • If your shipment is lost during transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to locate the package. If it cannot be recovered, we will offer a replacement or refund.

 

7. Delayed or Missed Deliveries

  • While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen delays can occasionally occur. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us, and we will assist you in tracking the shipment.
  • Modern Art Dubai is not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs clearance, strikes, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.

 

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

  • It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the complete and correct shipping address at the time of purchase. If an incorrect address is provided, we will do our best to assist in re-routing the package, but additional shipping charges may apply.

 

9. Shipping Policy Changes

  • We reserve the right to modify this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon posting on the website.
