At Modern Art Dubai, we take pride in delivering high-quality artwork to our customers in the UAE. Please take a moment to read through our Shipping & Delivery Policy to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.
- Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2 business days after the order is placed.
- Custom artworks may require additional time for preparation. The estimated completion and delivery time for custom pieces will be communicated to you during the order process.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
- Shipping Locations
- We offer shipping only within the UAE.
- Please note that delivery times may vary based on the Emirate you live in.
- If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you immediately and offer a full refund or alternative arrangements.
- Shipping Costs
- We offer free standard shipping on all orders over 250 AED within the UAE.
- For orders below this threshold, a standard shipping fee of 25 AED will apply.
- Delivery Times
- The vast majority of our artwork is ready and will be yours once we receive your order.
- Standard delivery within the UAE typically takes 3-4 business days.
- Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
- If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@modernart.ae.
- Packaging and Handling
- We take great care in packing our artwork to ensure that it arrives in perfect condition. Each piece is carefully packaged with eco-friendly protective materials (wherever possible) to safeguard it during transit.
- Large or fragile items may require special packaging. In such cases, the delivery time may be slightly extended to ensure safe handling.
- Lost or Damaged Shipments
- In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Kindly provide clear photos and videos of the damaged artwork and packaging, and we will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund.
- If your shipment is lost during transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to locate the package. If it cannot be recovered, we will offer a replacement or refund.
- Delayed or Missed Deliveries
- While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen delays can occasionally occur. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us, and we will assist you in tracking the shipment.
- Modern Art Dubai is not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs clearance, strikes, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.
- Incorrect Shipping Address
- It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the complete and correct shipping address at the time of purchase. If an incorrect address is provided, we will do our best to assist in re-routing the package, but additional shipping charges may apply.
- Shipping Policy Changes
- We reserve the right to modify this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon posting on the website.
